Accuracy unterstützte FNAC bei der Aufstellung eines 5-jahres Plans mit dem Einsatz eines multidisziplinären Teams (Marktananalyse, Finanzierungsexpertise, Financial Modelling). Das eingesetzte Team arbeitete dabei eng mit der Abteilung Strategie und Finanzen von FNAC zusammen.

Accuracy hat EDF im Rahmen von Vertragsnachverhandlungen mit Unistar in den USA beraten.

Accuracy unterstützte Bridgepoint bei der käuferseitigen Due Diligence im Rahmen der Akquisition von Médipôle Sud Santé.
